Free Little Library, located at 120 E. Holding Avenue behind our main church building.

Our Little Library carries books that focus on social justice and environmental issues.

Community support group provides peer led support for those left behind in the wake of suicide.

Meets the third Wednesday of the month from 6:30- 8:00 p.m.

Wake Forest Christian Church Fellowship Hall, a free standing modular building located behind the main church.

 Green Chalice Program

The Green Chalice Program is to encourage and assist those who choose to live out their faith by caring for Creation. We strive to be good stewards of the planet at church and at home. We have begun a composting program, reduced our paper and plastic consumption, and made numerous energy efficient improvements to the church building. Recycling programs sponsored by our Green Chalice Team.  

Our recycling center is located beside the back door of the main church near the kitchen. 

Bags to Benches: plastic bags, ziploc bags, bubble wrap, plastic mailers. These are recycled into outdoor furniture. CLICK FOR MORE INFORMATION

Nike Reuse a Shoe: Bring your worn out athletic shoes that cannot be donated for wear. Nike recycles them into outdoor playground surfaces. CLICK FOR MORE INFORMATION

Gillette Razors Recycle Program: All brands accepted. Any razor, blade, and the plastic packaging they come in. CLICK FOR MORE INFORMATION

 

Wake Forest Community Meals

Hope Defeats Hunger

A collaboration between more than a dozen churches and civic organizations in Wake Forest that have worked together since 2017 to provide meals to the food insecure in the  Wake Forest Community. WFCC supports this program through our budget and with volunteers.

 

Oodles of Noodles 

Oodles of Noodles

An ongoing collection of food items that are distributed to the food insecure throughout our community. Please bring Oodles of Noodles or ramen type products, fruit cups, and cereal to the collection basket near the front doors of the church. 

 

Tri-area Ministry Food Collection

Tri area Ministry Food Collection

Tri-Area Ministry is one of our Missional Partners. Please continue to support this very important ministry in our community.

Tri-Area always needs donations of cereal, peanut butter, jelly, canned meats, diapers, wipes and hygiene items for their "Love for Ladies" program. Bring your items to the collection basket in the church library.

Volunteers are always welcome. No RSVP or experience necessary. Just come during open hours and you will be shown what to do.
